DocuMate® is a proprietary commercial desktop software suite conceived, developed, and owned exclusively by Darshtech (Pune, Maharashtra, India).

All software binaries, algorithm logic, source code, graphical elements, logos, and digital architectures are protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and international intellectual property treaties. Software piracy, unauthorized cracking, modification, and illicit distribution are cognizable offenses carrying up to 3 years imprisonment and severe financial penalties.

DocuMate® is a registered product of DarshTech. The DocuMate® brand name, logo, trade dress, user interface workflows, and proprietary document automation technology are the registered product and exclusive intellectual property of DarshTech. No title, ownership, or intellectual property rights in the software or documentation are transferred to the licensee under any circumstances.

Purchasing a licence grants only a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to run the Software on one (1) single registered computer workstation during an active subscription.

2. Zero-Tolerance Anti-Piracy Policy

Darshtech enforces a strict, zero-tolerance policy against any form of software piracy, unauthorized cracking, or distribution. You agree and covenant not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Cracking & Patching: Circumventing, tampering with, disassembling, decompiling, or modifying the software executable, DLLs, licensing runtime, or cryptographic checks.
  • Keygens & Fraudulent Keys: Generating, selling, using, or distributing unofficial license keys, serial number generators, or activation bypass loaders.
  • Unauthorized Distribution: Uploading, hosting, mirroring, or distributing `DocuMate-Setup.exe` or modified versions on third-party sites, file-sharing clouds, Telegram channels, WhatsApp groups, YouTube links, or torrent sites.
  • Multi-Machine License Abuse: Sharing single-device license credentials with other users, deploying one key on multiple PCs simultaneously, or subleasing keys to other shop operators.
  • Unauthorized Commercial Resale: Reselling or acting as a middleman vendor without an official, written Reseller Agreement issued directly by Darshtech.

3. Statutory Criminal & Civil Penalties (Indian Law)

Any individual, entity, cyber cafe operator, or group engaging in software piracy, cracked software distribution, or license tampering will face immediate civil litigation and criminal prosecution under Indian statutes:

Indian Copyright Act, 1957 (Sections 63, 63B & 65)

Imprisonment & Criminal Fines: Under Section 63 and Section 63B of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, knowingly infringing or using an infringing/cracked copy of a computer program is a cognizable criminal offense punishable with imprisonment for a term of not less than 7 days up to 3 years, along with mandatory criminal fines between ₹50,000 and ₹2,00,000 per violation.

Under Section 65, possessing or circulating tools designed for circumvention of technological protection measures is independently punishable by law.

Information Technology Act, 2000 (Sections 43 & 66)

Cybercrime & Digital Damages: Modifying computer source code, hacking, bypassing authentication security, or damaging digital systems attracts criminal liability and statutory civil damages of up to ₹1,00,00,000 (₹1 Crore) under Section 43.

Cases are also lodged under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) / Indian Penal Code for criminal fraud, cheating, and conspiracy.

4. Hardware Locking (HWID) & Automatic Telemetry Blacklisting

DocuMate® employs proprietary cryptographic hardware binding algorithms. Each legitimate license is cryptographically locked to a single physical computer system.

  • Instant License Revocation: If fraudulent usage, crack injection, or unauthorized key distribution is detected, the license is terminated instantly with zero refund eligibility.
  • Hardware Ban (HWID): The machine hardware identifier is permanently blocked across all Darshtech activation and update networks.
  • Evidence Logging: Pirated activation requests, device signatures, and offending IP addresses are automatically archived and handed over to State Cyber Crime Cells and legal counsel.

5. Genuine Software Guarantee & Official Channels

To protect your computer systems and customer data from dangerous trojans, backdoors, and ransomware often bundled with cracked files, always acquire DocuMate® exclusively from official verified channels:

Any license key purchased from third-party websites, unauthorized dealers, or unverified social media profiles is counterfeit, void, and subject to immediate deactivation without notice.

6. Whistleblower & Piracy Reporting Channel

Darshtech actively rewards individuals who report unauthorized distribution channels, illegal cracked downloads, or fraudulent resellers. If you come across any suspicious link, Telegram channel, YouTube tutorial promoting cracked copies, or unauthorized vendor, please notify our legal and compliance desk:

7. Legal & Business Jurisdiction

All legal notices, contractual agreements, and dispute resolutions regarding DocuMate® and Darshtech are governed under the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
