Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before downloading, installing, or using DocuMate and the darshtech.in website, a product of Darshtech ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using DocuMate, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the software.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DocuMate (the "Software"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Licence Grant

2.1 Free Version

Subject to these Terms, Darshtech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the free version of DocuMate for personal or commercial use, subject to the limitations of the free tier.

2.2 Pro & Ultimate Licences

Upon purchasing a Pro (₹399/year) or Ultimate (₹599/year) licence, Darshtech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the full features of the licensed version for the duration of the subscription period, on one (1) device per licence.

2.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense the Software to third parties
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
• Share your licence key with others or use one licence on multiple devices

3. Subscriptions & Billing

DocuMate licences are sold on an annual subscription basis:

• Pro: ₹399 per year
• Ultimate: ₹599 per year

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscriptions do not auto-renew automatically; you must manually renew at the end of each subscription period to continue using premium features.

4. Intellectual Property

DocuMate and all associated content, features, design, code, and intellectual property are owned by Darshtech and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

DocuMate is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of results produced by the Software

You use DocuMate at your own risk. Always maintain backups of your important documents.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Darshtech shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Software

Darshtech's total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software licence in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Privacy

Your use of DocuMate is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Updates & Modifications

Darshtech reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Software or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination

Darshtech may terminate or suspend your licence immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
