Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before downloading, installing, or using DocuMate and the darshtech.in website, a product of Darshtech ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using DocuMate, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the software.
DocuMate is proprietary commercial software protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and international intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized copying, distribution, cracking, reverse engineering, decompiling, patching, creation of keygens, sharing single-device license keys, or downloading nulled builds is strictly illegal and treated as a cognizable cybercrime resulting in criminal prosecution, imprisonment up to 3 years, and civil statutory damages.
By downloading, installing, or using DocuMate (the "Software"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Subject to these Terms, Darshtech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the free version of DocuMate for personal or commercial use, subject to the limitations of the free tier.
Upon purchasing a Pro (₹399/year) or Ultimate (₹599/year) licence, Darshtech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the full features of the licensed version for the duration of the subscription period, on one (1) device per licence.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscriptions do not auto-renew automatically; you must manually renew at the end of each subscription period to continue using premium features.
DocuMate is a registered product of DarshTech. All associated algorithms, user interfaces, compiled binaries, documentation, logos, and trademarks are the exclusive proprietary property of DarshTech (© 2024–2026 DarshTech. All Rights Reserved). Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
You agree and acknowledge that you shall not, directly or indirectly:
Darshtech maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy towards software piracy, unauthorized distribution, and license fraud. Violations are aggressively prosecuted under Indian civil and criminal law:
Cognizable Criminal Offense: Under Section 63 and Section 63B, knowingly infringing copyright or using an infringing copy of a computer program is a cognizable offense punishable with mandatory imprisonment for a term of not less than 7 days up to 3 years, along with criminal fines ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹2,00,000 per violation.
Under Section 65, possession of equipment/software designed for circumventing technological protection measures or creating infringing copies is independently punishable by law.
Cybercrime & Tampering: Tampering with computer source documents, hacking, code modification, and unauthorized digital access carry criminal imprisonment and statutory civil liability for damages up to ₹1,00,00,000 (₹1 Crore) under Section 43.
Criminal charges may also be initiated under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) / Indian Penal Code for fraud, forgery, and criminal breach of trust.
DocuMate incorporates cryptographic tamper-detection and machine-binding algorithms. If unauthorized key-sharing, cracked signatures, or license abuse are detected:
Authentic DocuMate downloads and licenses are sold exclusively through the official website https://darshtech.in, official calling support +91 9371111374, and official verified WhatsApp support +91 7350192555 (WhatsApp Only). Darshtech has not authorized any third-party reseller, torrent, crack group, or freelance seller. Software obtained from unauthorized sources often contains severe trojans, keyloggers, and malware that compromise sensitive citizen documents.
If you encounter unauthorized sellers, websites, Telegram channels, or individuals distributing cracked copies or illegal license keys of DocuMate, report them confidentially to:

DocuMate is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
You use DocuMate at your own risk. Always maintain backups of your important documents.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Darshtech shall not be liable for any:
Darshtech's total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software licence in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Your use of DocuMate is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Darshtech reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Software or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Darshtech may terminate or suspend your licence immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
