No! When the customer scans the counter QR code with their phone camera, the DocuMate Quick Print web app opens immediately in Chrome, Safari, or their native browser over the local Wi-Fi / network. Zero app downloads, zero account logins.
How does automated billing and payment work? ▼
DocuMate automatically reads the exact page count of uploaded PDFs and images. It multiplies the pages by your custom shop rates (e.g., ₹2 per page for B&W and ₹10 per page for Color). Customers can pay directly via any UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) or choose "Pay Cash at Counter".
